rsbot-7029 threat?? annnnddd....password not recognized..even after changing

threat removal says resbot-7029.exe was removed in june 2016...however under the allow/block security options it is set at allow...when i tried to set at block it prompted for my password...which it did not recognize...so i changed that and my security code..to be safe...still will not recognize password. what do i do?
