Runtime Error 216
Every time I boot my Windows 8 laptop lately, I am getting "Runtime error 216". Online says it's a Trojan Horse virus and to remove it with an updated virus protection software (suggests Norton). I have run the latest version of Webroot and there is no change. I still get the error message. What do do now? Is Webroot not aware of this virus?

That error does not always mean that you have a virus.
You can google just about any error code and get that answer.
