On my PC with Windows 8.1, when I do a search for something all of the links have a green mark showing that the link is safe. On my laptop with Windows 7 I see nothing showing if it is safe or not.

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
Would you tell me what browser you are using because you need to go into the browser settings and see if the Webfilter Extention is enabled there. 
 
Edit  Please reboot your PC and see if the check marks return.
 
Please let me know if you have the  Webroot Webfilter Extension or not and what browser you have so I can further assess your issue

Hello, I am using Chrome and it doesn't show  Webroot in the extensions anywhere for me to enable it.
