hi ,my webroot is blue and seems to only scan for a few seconds and cancels .on my Mac at the top right bar click on the webroot icon and a drop down comes up but the scan my computer is grey so you can not click on it if i open the webroot i can press the scan button on the front left but only sans for a few seconds or 10 minutes all so no progress bar comes up.thanks
