Scan going on now.Another scan scheduled in 2 hours. Will that cancel automatically?

I have an extensive scan going on now. Another one is scheduled in about an hour and a half. Do I need to do anything or will the other scan automatically cancel?

The scheduled scan will not be cancelled. Scheduled scans usually only take 2-3 minutes to complete and should not adversely impact your resources. You can also change the time of your scheduled scan if you wish.
 
Open WSA. Click on Advanced Settings in upper right corner and then choose Scheduler from list on left.

To answer your question; if your 'intensive' scan is running when the Scheduled Scan is due to run then the Scheduled Scan will not take place. The next Scheduled Scan to take place will be at the given/set time the next day.
