My Scan Log shows this:
Website determination changed: http:// www .facebook. com [Level: 000003FF]
(I put spaces there so it is not an actual link) ,.. This is a new install of Windows 7. Have not been on Facebook. Shows the same for Twitter; have not been on twitter. Have not done anything at the time of this log event except download updates from Microsoft for my new install of Windows 7. I did install Chrome, however, and after I logged into my Google account, bookmarks referencing Facebook and twitter eventually showed up from my Google profile. So.... what is all this, anyway?

I am not sure about this but have you noticed that more and more these days websites are automatically linked or have links to FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., and therefore it is just possible that what you are seeing is as a result of those links...they are trying to do something as a result of you visiting the site and that is being recorded by WSA on your new installation.
If you are seriously concerned by this then please Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to investigate/advise on this issue.
And if I could be cheeky and as that you share what they come back to you with re. this topic...well, that would be really helpful to us re. helping other user in the future. :D
