Scan Stuck at %14

I just install Webroot Antivirus and its stuck at %14 its been an hour and its still scanning at %14.  I have 320GB of hard ( its an old one )

I did that i even reinstall it but it still stuck. One of my friend said its due to my hard disk since its to much old. Do you think this happen due to my hard ?

@johnbelley  what version of Windows are you trying to install on? And it’s not because of your old hard drive.

Its windows 10 and i just check my hard disk health its in risk
