Scan time
How long does it take to run a scan after loading Webroot the first time?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
The length of time for the post install scan varies depending on the system beingscanned but I would say that it should take no more than 2 - 3 inutes at most and often it is much quicker.
Is it this short scan time that is troubling you? If so then let us know and we can explain why.

Not quite sure what you mean by that so perhaps to explain the basis for how WSA works, scanning and all, may I direct to to this previous thread & specifically post no. 5, which should give you all the detail you need to know and more. It is a good read and whilst long it is worth reading to the end.
If you have any further questions after that then please post back and we wil be happy to try to answer them as well.
