How do I get my wife's PC protected with my account ? Does she just DL the suite, then use my key ?

Yes, in essence that is what you need to do always assuming that your subscription is for more than 1 device...but I assume that you have checked this before posting.
For the PC download you can go here (for Webroot version) or here (for Best Buy version).
Also, please advise as to which version of the product you are licensed for as there is further advice to be provided depending on the version you are using.
