Has the name of the Webroot SecureAnywhere application changed on Mac’s… I am now seeing the Name on the console window stating SecureAnywhere CE 21.3. Is this what it now should be as of this month? Thanks.

Yes, with the Carbonite/Webroot acquisition, and now OpenText, the version naming of Business, Consumer versions is going this way. You’ll see this on the GUI as well as consoles and this is perfectly normal.
