Set-up Chrome Toolbar extension

New Voice
Set-up Chrome Toolbar extension - [1] "W" = "Webroot Password Manager". [a] click, login window, enter email and pass and "try again" - "unknown email address". Re-do several times. Shutdown & restart PC, same thing. [2] 2nd "W" in tool bar = "Webroot Filtering Extension" [gray-out] no action available. Your advice please.
