Shift key no longer works in text fields, but does work in wordprocessor, Windows Mail, and notepad. Installed WRSA on 4 laptops and all have the same problem. 3 are using Win 8.1, and the other is Win 7. Any ideas? Shift key didn't work while filling out this post either.
