Should I cancel my e-mail address as I think I have been duped

It al started with a text about a microwave I am selling. The direction said to go direct to e-mail that was listed. i DID, it wanted my name and adress in whick to send me a check. I did and nothing so I went back to the text and responded. my text didn't go though it said

when I tapped on that it said

The website in question appears to be a legit mass marketing by way of text company.  While you may have provided them your name and email address, I do not think there will be any problem other than possibly increasing the amount of spam email you receive.  Really, you should be just fine and not have to worry about changing email addresses.
