Should there be two wrsa.exe running at the same time ?
It looks that I have two going at once.Should I suspend one ? thanks

Yes there should be 2 WRSA.exe processes 1 as a Service and the other under the User! And you can't kill them it's part of WSA's self protection they will just restart!
