show protected , but license is expired !!

Hello Dear.

i have a webroot on a computer .

license was expired.

but in taskbar . show webroot is protected .

 

is it normaly ?

It’s been awhile with dealing with this so lets try to understand!

  1. Expired: Usually it’s a RED GUI and yours is still green
  2. As it shows Green still you should be able to do scans but it will not remove any Malware
  3. Protected like i said it will still scan and detect Malware but will not Remove it or them
  4. Why is this happening still now I don’t know but I thought it was gone many years ago
  5. To know more Contact Webroot Support on the Device your seeing this on and they will tell you more https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicetalk.asp?
