I've contacted support, but no success yet. I've tried all I know to do to sign into my acct. but, I've had no success. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Would you please give me some more information?. Are you trying to sign into the Account Console? What error or problems are you having? Are you signing in with your email and password? Edited: Have you set up an Account? You can go here to sign up. https://my.webrootanywhere.com/
Have you Submitted a Support Ticket here https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp? This is a free service and they certainly can help you further. They usually respond between 24-48 hrs or sooner.
