I purchase a Skype and it will not work!! I e-mailed a Skype support tect. today. He requested to access my system to
determine what was going on. H showed me all these files that he said were corrupting my computer. I saw words like "stopped", "listening", a lot of files the were just numbers?????? I really do not understand. He also stated that my system was running at a very slow, which it is. I have no other systems like iPhone, laptop attached to my computer. The only thing that is attached is my modem and rougher. Do I have a major problem or what?? I have two of your webroot software on my system.
I thought that would take care of all problems!!!

No, that is an attempt to charge you a fee to "fix" your computer.
I would not take anything that person told you seriously and I would not communicate with them in the future.
