after you guys installed this software, I see my computer is slower than ever, what happened?

Whilst we would love to help I should point out that we in The Community are almost exclusively volunteers with no commercial ties or affiliations with Webroot, and from what you say, i.e., "after you guys installed this software" I am guessing that you have purchased from either Best Buy or the Geek Squad? If that is the case then if you have an issue with WSA, after it being installed by them then you should contact The Geek Squad in the first instance. YOu can do so based on the information listed here and by phone on 1.800.GEEKSQUAD.
