1. After downloading an update to my email program (OE Classic) the program has become extremely slow. Was the program affected by Web Root.

2. When I run Web Root optimizer I get a notice that many files are fragramented. Unfortunately my defrag option on Windows 7 Pro. does not work.

Point 1. It's possible if it's not a well known program so Submit a Support Ticket and ask them to check and Whitelist your Unknown files.
Point 2. You must of used System Analyzer? http://www.webroot.com/ca/en/business/resources/analyzer and what makes you say your defrag option doesn't work? Any other info would help like are you using HDD's or SDD's?
