Software issues
I installed "ImgBurn" as recommended by 123 Copy DVD Mfg. technical support. Webroot flags and removes it as a threat. Theybeen using it as an alternative to our default Primo burn engine for many years. I believe it removed primo as well during the installation. Long story short the copy software doesnt work. What do you recomend? Can I/should I ignore the so called threat. If so, how?

If it is being flagged as a threat I would not advise allowing it. It is likely that determination is legitimate. Generally these types of files are either malicious, or bundled with malicious items.
I would advise contacting our support team so they can gather some logs from the system and see if that is indeed a threat or if there is something that needs to be reversed in our system.
