Hello 1zzzzdat,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Whatever you do, do not call Microsoft. This is a SCAM as you may already know.

I have done some research and I am not finding anything good about this hijacker. Could be a infection since it has already dropped a *doc file.
Usually, “BSOD error code 0X80060402” infection quietly sneaks inside the computer without user consent and after it gets loaded, it brings lots of troubles to the victim. Several irritating pop-up commercials come along with sponsored hyperlinks within the browser. Hence the speed of the compromised system continues to decelerate the computer performance and is suspicious for compromised machine in all means and it becomes very critical to terminate it immediately.

My best advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with an active Webroot subscription. They will gladly check this out for you.

Hope this helps?
