Someone help me please did a bunch of work in word last night and now I cant open any documents!
last night it said my comp had a virus i used webroot and removed it. Now i turn my laptop on this morning and it converted all my files to DOCX and rmhzwaf. someone please help me what can i do

I was wondering if you had any back ups of these Word Docs?
I would then advise contacting the support team with an issue such as this. So that they can have a look and to get logs from your system
