WSA does not include an anti spam feature so if you are looking for that specific feature then you will need to look elsewhere or add a dedicated anti spam tool (I have one installed, plus a back up and would be happy to advise on that if you send me a private message).
 
However, I should say that WSA will protect you from phishing attacks that are often included in spam emails plus it also scans and warns about malformed or unsafe links that may be inlcuded in emails received.
 
But I am afraid that there is no dedicated anti spam feature.
