No, with WSA installed and running you will be protected against the latest known and unknown threats:
 

• Viruses
• Spyware
• Phishing Attacks

• Identity Theft
• Social Network Threats
• Unsafe Websites

Having said that if you feel more secure by having a layered defense you can install just about any other security application, as WSA has been designed to be compliant with just about every major security app, and so should play well with the addition.
 
However, the additional app will add additional drag to your system and as yo are well protected by WSA...some might say why bother?
