Hi gretar

Ok, thanks for the additional information.

Since you started getting the message have you run a scan?  If not then I would try running a scan manually to see if that 'nudges' the setting. If that does not work then I would suggest that you undertake an uninstall/clean reinstall.  To do that please follow these instructions carefully:

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if so offered duringthe install process;  as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
And post back to let us know whether the issue is sorted or still occurring.

Hi gretar

Welcome to the Community Forums.

You mention 'days left on my mobile' so are you referring to an issue with just the Mobile version or is this the same with a desktop/laptop version as well if yo uown/run the latter as well?
