Subscription
Do you still update your virus protection which I have had on this PC since 2011? Each December (last year on 12/27/2014) I have been charged on my VISA account for an update. This hasn't occurred this year and my Webroot settings say Subscription Expired. Please advise.

What Webroot software are you running? What is it's name? The reason I ask is that 2011, if I recall correctly, was when the Webroot product set had some major changes to it and so it is possible that you are running a pre WSA version and that finally it has been dispensed with/is no longer supported.
Perhaps our most excellent Community Manager ? could weave his magic and investigate this one for you. I am sure that he would be able to advise as to why you have not been debited for an update this year.
