subscription did not renew

My subscription had expired, so I followed the instructions from the pop up screen, which took me the Geek Squad page to renew. I entered my credit card info and clicked continue. It showed my new expiration date to expire March 2017, BUT my webroot still shows expired??? Please help. Was I suppose to copy a new keycode and paste it? I tried to have the keycode resent, but it says I don't have a license??
