Subscription end date

I was just charged for a 1 year subscription (1/17/2019-1/17/2020) and yet when I access my console it shows the expiration date as 05/27/2019, also the keycode is not the same as the current subscription. When I try to register the current keycode it says it is already added and yet does not show in the console.
