subscription expired
I renewed my subscription on 5/06/15 my webroot screen says subscription expired.I don't know if i have the current files or fixes or not. How do i resolve this? thank you

Can I first check that you really do mean that you renewed on 6th May last year? And if so then can you advise as to what you renewed for period-wise?
