Subscription Expired

I paid $749.98 on Dec. 11, 2016, for a lifetime contract with Webroot.  When I pull it up it does the compputer scanning but says my subscription has expired.  On the charge card billing it says J and Rothschild LLC, 561-371-6664 FL.  Dialing phone # it says "number is not reachable".  "TTS6180".  Was I scammed?

    Yes this is a scam because Webroot does not have lifetime subscriptions.
     
    PLease contact your credit card provider to see if you can get your money back. Contact the fraud department.

            I really hate scammers please do as the others suggested and call your credit card company ASAP and report them here if you live in the US: https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0346-tech-support-scams
