Subscription Listing Error

Running on MAC OS Catalina and on the Webroot start screen it notes that my subscription is not activated, or at other times it just says subscription.  When I go to My Account section it notes that my subscription is active. The last tech who worked on my program felt that this was a problem and that he would check into it.  Never heard anything back, so has this happened to any of you and was the problem ever corrected?

I have an old ticket but will open a new one. Just thought others might have had the same  problem.  Thanks for the input.
