I paid to renew my subscription but now its saying it expired. I can run scans, but that's all.

Can I suggest you trying  activating your code on this website. https://www.webroot.com/gb/en/renewal if this doesn't work then I suggest speaking to the support team who can assist you with this issue. detail.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp
