Webroot Security Anywhere renewed and paid upon notification of upcoming expiration. (Two laptops, one running Windows 7 the other running Windows 8.1)
Bothe devices show a Webroot "W" logo button on the taskbar and both have a padlock showing as though I have not renewed.
Security appears to be running properly. Am I being paranoid re the taskbar logo ?

Hi sfefyfas
Welcome to the Community Forums.
What yo are describing re. the notification tray icon is quite normal and has nothing to do with renewal...rather it is indicating, by the padlock symbol, that you WSA is protecting application in terms of your personal data & identity.
Please see this page of the Online Help Text explaining the padlock symbol and let us know if you have any further questions.
