taskeng.exe popup on my pc
I'm getting a black popup screen periodically from taskeng.exe on my computer. Internet search says that it's a sign of a virus, but Webroot says my pc is clean. Is it a virus, and if so, how do I remove it?

I've done some research also and I think your best bet is to submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
