this problem may have been solved ... i have many TCPSVCS.exe running in tangeddask manager, it's a system file ...
and a couple mos. ago someone changed the defailt password on my belkin routor ...
TCPSVCS.EXE ... several instances running in the task manager and placed a monitor in active monitor
