I have a complaint on the supposed tech support on the phone last evening. I had a question on installation on a tablet for webroot. I never have experienced anything like this from any customer service. The language barrier was an issue, but I certainly did hear very clearly many times language I or any educated person would not use in a conversation, let alone on the job as this person was. Several times I was asked how much I paid for each device I had - this is totally none of the technicials business. The issue I was having was never addressed. The only thing I did receive was a sales pitch to upgrade my security to a more expensive one. No, they did not solve the problem - did not even attempt to solve it. And no, I declined to purchase anything more since they could not even assist with the product I had already puchased.
