Terminate process does not terminate....query.

Nope. Not yet.  Support usually prompts me to come here. 

Well, appears I can Kill Process thru Process Explorer.

I've reproduced kill process thru Process Explorer and reproduced no terminate process thru agent Active Processes.

Okay. I'm able to Kill Process thru Process Explorer.  I'm able to reproduce kill thru Process Explorer.
File remained listed with agent Active Connections. 
 
I moved file to Recycle Bin.  Agent Terminate process was still No joy.
I called Shut down protection with file in Recycle Bin.  
I called WebrootSA. 
Active Connections did not show file.
 
Interesting observe.  Maybe, agent wanted to gather telemetry and to that purpose wouldn't let me terminate process.
