I am still not sure of how to Backup my computer and up date it. I can now get on and it's better but I still have a problem.I am Lorraine Crouchet,

Not quite sure as to what yo are asking; is it how do you back up your system using WSA or are you asking for generic advice re. this?
Also, what updates are you looking to have applied; are yo ureferring to WIndows Updates, etc?
In both cases a little more information would assists us to be able to assist you. ;)
