The future of Anti Virus Technology???

I have a hypothetical question.  As computer technology evolves and advances, what will anti virus technology look like in say 5,10, 20 years even?  Take into consideration artifical intelligence, various types bio recongization tech, the vast processing speed, and memory capacity.  The new malware threats.  The emergence of new devices, everything will be made into a "smart" device our vehicles, home appliances, the common infra structure, etc.  What will the new obstacles that we will face and how will ant-virus technololgy evolve to meet our needs?
