A program I have, Covenant Eyes, seemingly has a conflict with Webroot .... can I change something with Webroot to allow Covenant Eyes to do it security/authorization thing....or is that not going to happen? Thanks.

Hello gda717 and Welcome.

Did you install that Covenant Eyes yourself? Do you have Admin rights on that machine? Thanks.

It may need to be whitelisted (if appropriate) via Support: Submit a Support Ticket

There are a couple of places where the application might be being prevented from running correctly: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/What-is-the-difference-between-quot-Detection-Configuration-quot/ta-p/5816
