there's an annoying dotted box around my icons
like the subject says ..there is an annoying dotted box or rectangle around my icons and sometimes buttons how do i get rid of it?

Sorry I don't believe I can help you much here but if you Google this there is some good information telling you what you can do for this depending on what Windows System have.
Apparently, changing the icon size from one size back to the normal size may also fixes the issue. You can right-click, choose View and then change it to Large, for example and then back to Medium.
You can right click on your desktop and refresh your page.
