My WebRoot had detected a Threat due to trying to lauch an app regarding something from FileZilla. I shouldn't have had a problem with this site but as soon as I double clicked on the launch, a threat was detected. WebRoot stated it wasn't removed. It's located under Threats . . . should I refresh it and try to remove it? I'm running another scan now.

Hello and welcome to the community.

Best thing to do is open a support ticket with Webroot so they can have a look at this and remove the threat for you. This will be free of charge.

To do this click here: support ticket they will be able to check everything including logs of where it came from ect...

Hope this helps. Thanks Adam.

?is right, when WSA is not able to remove a threat for some reason, the best approach is to submit that Trouble Ticket.

One thing you might want to check though is if the threat is still active.  Look over this KB Article regarding threats, and then run another scan.
