Too many files
I have a question. I ran a scan this morning and had 57,524 files. After I deleted all of the cookies, I now have 59,756 files. Should I delete History as well? Where are all of these files coming from?

Your machine is constantly making temporary files etc (even at system idle), and there's likely nothing to be concerned about.
May I ask if you have recently installed Webroot, as it will reduce the number of files in time, as it constantly updates and whitelists as part of its cloud functionality.
