No offense but I thought it's a pretty straightforward question since I have the same one.

I couldn't seem to find any information on the website what shipping service Webroot uses to send our physical backup CD's. In general I don't do business with companies that only ship with the *U*sless *P*iece of *S*hi... ping company because they market to please only retailers themselves and make life hell for the poor sucker that actually has to recieve a package. No I cannot take a day off work to drive for two hours to a different city to pick up a 10 dollar item during the hours that are convenient for them because they cannot get a package to a residential customer.

I pay money to rent a PO Box for a reason, so they gonna hafta deal with the postal workers. Lol

That's OK, if there's no tracking, then "First Class" (which is code for "Last Class") it is. Works for me. Tracking is nice but actually being able to get the thing is better.

Did I get tthat right?

Thx

Hi DP14 (I presume that you have changed username from archieamador80?)

I am afraid that as I have never bothered with a CD version I am not able to advise specifically on the point as to which shipping service Webroot use...but perhaps our Community Manager, the most excellent ? would be able to find out for you if he does not know off the top of head?

Having said all of that I presume that you are aware that one can download the latest installer from here, which is what most members end up doing, and then if a hard copy is required they most likely burn the downloaded file to a CD/DVD locally?

Just a thought.

If you haven't received your CD in a reasonable amount of time, just PM me your physical address and I can get another copy shipped out to you.  Sorry for the delay!
