Welcome to the Community Forums.
The invitation code is for the Webroot Business version only and the invitation code requires an Apple Certificate from the Apple site. If you need instructions for the Webroot Business Version then you can go to the Online Account Console and following those instructions where there is detailed information in how to get the invitation code and Apple certificate.
If you are not a user of the Business/Endpoint Security version then please uninstall the version of the Webroot app you have installed and review the contents of this KB Article re. the Webroot software for iOS for Home users.
