I’m trying to create a LastPass account. My WebRoot console has a “Manage Passwords” button which takes me to a LastPass account setup page. But when I click on the “Get Started” link and enter my WebRoot credentials (as it requests), it won’t accept them. Instead, I get “Please review the information you entered and try again.” What’s up?

If not then Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you sort it out!
Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue and support can take up to 48 hours to reply.
