Currently I am trying to uninstall Webroot Anti Virus from my computer,
And I know my password very well, the one I log in with on the webroot website,
Except when I go to uninstall (from a Windows 8 PC) app pops up to enter password first,
I continuously enter the correct password and it continues to say it's the wrong password,
Is this a common issue and how to resolve it, is a different password on the app from the way I login on a web browser
I do not get this I entered correct password, need assistance/help if you can especially if you been through this!
