Since i changed to webroot i cannot scan and email? It tells me to refer to Microsoft Office? I have not had any problems up to this time. My Printer Scanner is a HP 2542. I have tried everthing with no results and i wonder if you have any ideas to help this old man out? It is windows 7 system.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can check as to whether it is WSA that is the cause of the issue by shutting down protection (on a temporary basis). If you would like to try this please right clcik on the WSA notificaiton tray icon (the green circle with a 'W' in it to be found in the bottom right hand corner of your screen...next to the clock/time). Just select 'Shutdown protection' from the context menu displayed by the right click, enter the CAPTCHA characters requested and that should do it.
Now try your printer again, and whatever else was apparently blocked and see if they function normally. Either way, double click on the WSA desktop icon to restart protection and then post back here with the results.
We take it from there in terms of any further advice we can provide.
