I have my Webroot secure 360 when I try to login it takes password and mfa , the screen comes and it logs me out. What a frustration and it doesn't let submit a ticket neither allow me to login
Its Mac , it asks me to upgrade for latest version doesn't let me uninstall it
I feel I got a stupid and worst software . I used to be Norton fan, but a friend suggested to Webroot and I feel bad with no support .
what a stupid software which doesn't help the customer how do we promote ?

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.
