unable to renew subscription
please help! i am unable to renew my subscription! each time i click on a link or even to open a site, i get a message 'potential attack ahead" and it wont allow ANYTHING to open!

Would you be able to advise as to whether you have the Best Buy/Geek Squad version or the version bought from Webroot or another 3rd party reseller/retailer?
Also, are you using the link from within WSA or a URL entered in a brows4r? If the former then please try using one of rthe following direct links:
US: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/renewal
UK: http://www.webroot.com/gb/en/renewal
and see if that works any better. In the case of using the direct URL you will need to have the details of your keycode; Example: SA4D-WRSM-D796-DBD2-37B9, to hand to enter when requested.
